AliveDx recently partnered with the Great Place To Work organization to support our journey toward becoming an exceptional workplace for all our employees. Our goal is to foster a sense of belonging, instill pride in the work we do, and create an environment where everyone is excited to come to work each day, united in our mission to Empower Diagnostic Insights, Transform Patient Care, and Innovate for Life.
In April of this year, we launched our first internal Great Place To Work survey. As a result, we are proud to announce that we have received the Great Place To Work certification for our USA site.
According to the survey, our USA employees feel there is equity of treatment (100%), their work has special meaning beyond being “just a job” (95%), and they believe they can make a difference (95%). Additionally, they think our customers would rate the services we deliver as excellent (95%).
